The Ante-Natal Clinic is operational every
Tuesday morning by a Midwife (Doctor is available if
required).
Well Baby Clinic
The Baby Clinic is operational every Tuesday morning by a Nurse and
Health Visitor (Doctor is available if
required).
Diabetic Clinic
The Diabetic Clinic is operational on the first Tuesday of every
month (patients are notified for clinic). Multidisciplinary team
present (i.e. Podiatrist and Dietician) along with Doctor and Nurse.
Asthma and COPD Clinics
Patients notified for clinic, although appointments can be arranged
with Nurse Sharon Smyth.
Community Addictions Clinic
For the Community Addictions Clinic referrals are arranged by a
Doctor.
Weight Management Clinic
For the Weight Management Clinic information and advice is
available via an appointment with Nurse Sharon Smyth.
Smoking Cessation Clinic
For the Smoking Cessation Clinic information and advice is
available via an appointment with Nurse Sharon Smyth. |
